Horrible, do not stay here.
After our stay I realized there were no reviews from VRBO, they had reviews from outside sources, but I am not sure if this has any baring on our experience. The house was nice enough, a little older, so not pristine, but that’s to be expected. Within 16 hours of checking in the downstairs toilet and bathtub were overflowing/filling with black water, human waste. We actually checked in, left, came back, slept, then started to get ready for the weekend with our family. We came to the area for a funeral and had a viewing, rosary, and mass to attend over the few days we were there. I contacted the seller right away and they asked for me to send pictures, which I did. It took them over 24 hours to get someone there to help. We could not shower, use the washing machine, toilets, or sinks as this would cause the toilet to completely over flow. We had human water on the floor. We had to leave to use a restroom at a gas station, McDonald’s etc. we got a notice to leave the property and they would put us in another property 20 minutes away. That would mean we have to pack up, move all of our stuff, and relocate with an hour of when we were supposed to be at the funeral. We could not do this. Eventually they sent someone, and he did a great job and fixing the problem and cleaning up the waste. I’ve reached out to the owner for a partial refund and they have not responded. Beware!
