TN guy west TX gal lived, worked in Dallas almost 40 years then discovered the lake life! Longtime sailors, nature lovers.
Why they chose this property
For its waterfront view, accessibility, no traffic, surrounded by trees, few yet nice neighbors, wildlife yet only 2 miles to full retail services and 15 min to medical facilities.
What makes this property unique
Peaceful, on water, views but safe from boat, pwc traffic, only 5 min from all services but you feel totally away from town. Can sit on deck and watch kids play, swim in shallow water or join them out in the large protected cove. Few but nice neighbors. No road traffic.
