Perfect place to stay close to all Orlando Theme Parks, and with a lot of golf courses around!
Breathtaking Highlands Reserve 3/2 pool home with stunning views on golf course and exceptional personal touches! This single story, three comfortable bedroom, two full bathroom home with a private pool comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The pool area includes a full, width child security fence and there are alarms on the doors which lead to the swimming pool from the house. There is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade.
Walking distance Publix, shops, restaurants or 5 min drive. 20 minutes away from Disney's maingate and within an hour of other popular Orlando attractions.
Pool heat advised Oct/ April at an additional cost.
Important notes:
1/ the price per day is without pool heat. The pool heater is set to 87F. Please note, the performance of the pool heater may be impacted by exceptional cold weather and we offer no guarantee that it will reach its set temperature under such conditions.
2/ NO EV charging allowed at the property.
3/ NO pets allowed because some people in our family are allergic to animal hair, feathers ...
