Great Location

Location was excellent. You can get anywhere in town in minutes. Very unique property which is basically as advertised. My one suggestion; this is a three bedroom condo with one couch in front of the TV. You could use some additional seating space.

Hidden gem!

Me, my husband, and our 2 girls were in Hot Springs for a 3-day long softball tournament and found this gem just days before we were set to travel in & we got lucky! The house was pretty neat, lots of history, very modern, open floor plan, and roomy. This unit is actually part of several units build inside the old Hot Springs HS and the owner outdid theirselves with the remodel. The location was perfect, just 4 min from our ballpark and close to everything else! Very quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Our host was close by if we needed anything and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. Will stay again if we are ever back in town!

Great Stay in Hot Springs

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and so very unique. Happy to have a walk in shower on main floor. Close to so many great things to do and places to eat. Chris was more than happy to share fun things to do and places to go. Highly recommend.

Epic Building in the heart of downtown

The high school building that houses this apartment is amazing and this might be the best place to stay in all of downtown!! It was such a cool experience.

Huge loft in a great location!

We really enjoyed the loft in the old Hot Springs High School. It's part of the old gym! The location was a short walk from the national park, bathouse row, and fun family attractions. Christopher was a great host. He met us when we pulled up and showed us to the loft. The only downside was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night on our first night there. Flashbacks of being in school. The on-duty staff and other residents assured us that it was an anomaly.
