Wrong Apartment

The host put us in a different unit than was listed. None of the pictures matched and there were fewer beds than we booked - the listing showed 4 double beds + 3 single beds. The unit included 3 double beds, 1 single bed, a futon, and a couch. It looks hours on the phone to convince VRBO there was any issue with the property (that there were fewer beds and that the apartment was different). And even once that was established they only offered to compensate up to $120 for air mattresses. We paid for beds. Not air mattresses or couches.
