Several of the townhomes in this neighborhood have stunning views of Heber Valley, the Middle Provo River and Mount Timpanogos. This house has all of that as well as views of the newly developing Mayflower Resort / Deer Valley Expansion. A peaceful and well maintained new development, the Jordanelle Ridge townhomes are special properties.
What makes this property unique
This townhome has particularly amazing views of Heber Valley, the Middle Provo, Mount Timpanogos and Deer Valley's new Mayflower Expansion. You feel truly above it all with an elevation gain of nearly 500 feet above the valley. The home itself is the most highly upgraded home on the block with first class appliances and upgrades throughout.
