About this property

This is what going to vacation on an island is all about!! Ocean views!! The beach is right there!! The Regency is a great building with a HUGE pool! Plenty of space in this large studio! There are so many things within walking distance you won't need to stay in the Condo BUT if you do there is wifi, Cable TV, comfortable furniture and a kitchen to cook and eat in. Sit on the balcony and sip your morning coffee while watching the waves roll into the beach!!

This condo sleeps up to 4 people in the Queen Bed, and Pull Out Sleeper Sofa!

Labor Day Staycation

Not only was the weather, the view, the location ideal, but the Regency and Coastal Realty staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the efficiency condo very much.

Too many fees studio.

We loved the pool. The pool is the best feature of this cando. Next best feature was the balcony and hearing waves crashing. The mattress was also very comfortable. The room itself it’s the way it was advertised but I wasn’t expecting loud AC. The best I can describe is like sleeping in an engine room. We turned off the AC next day and got better sleep. The bathroom needs little bit of a facelift but as advertised. The beach was amazing. I’m in love with the location. Cleaning room fee is too much for one room clean. I would clean that room less than an hour. Service fee for the agency- that is understandable since they are providing service. And the lodging fee? Why am paying lodging fee. Who knows? I guess if you’re paying for the room you have to pay that your staying inside of it. Overall, the room is too expensive with the added fees. But great location and one of the best pools with salt water.

Very nice condo

Near the beach. You can see it from the balcony. At night, you can hear the waves if you let the door open. Parking place at the condo. Old style but confortable. It has more than you need in the condo. Pool very big, clean, warm water. There si a BBQ near the pool. Would go there a gain.
