Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families, the space includes a queen bed and a futon that can accommodate up to two kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, and private bathroom in a quiet setting near all the action.

Located in a prime area of Tampa, this studio is within walking distance of Raymond James Stadium and close to Midtown, Downtown, and Tampa International Airport. Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.

Guests have private access to the studio and its designated outdoor area. Parking is shared with the main house.

This home has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathrooms, making it perfect for up to 4 guests.


Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One extra toilet paper and towels are also provided.

Kitchen / Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully stoked. Large fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and complete dining sets. A dishwasher has been installed for easy cleanup.

The dining room table is left off the side of the kitchen and has enough seating for up to 2 guests.

Free Parking- While you’re here, you’ll have access to a private driveway, so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street.
Please park on the LEFT side, the right side belong to the other house.

The backyard is fenced in, so you can relax knowing you have total privacy. ! You also have ping-pong table, and outdoor sitting furniture :)

Great location

Stayed for 3 day series at George Steinbrenner field and it was perfect. Just over a mile walk to the ballpark. Room has everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect for us!

My guy and I stayed here with our pup Lola - we came for a concert at Raymond James stadium on a Wednesday - it was so worth it to stay at a location in walking distance! The neighbors who were staying at the house in front of ours were also going to the concert and they were super friendly! The host had set up new equipment for ping pong which we unfortunately didn’t get around to and there is also a grill But we didn’t have too much time to cook since we were out and about the majority of the stay—overall great place and I loved the shower!

Decent little bungalow I would stay again

Kitchen- could have been cleaner , there was a broom but no dust pan, a mop but know cleaner for it, the two drawers by the sink are missing set screws so they come off track when u pull them Bathroom was great but could have been cleaner The convertible couch was broken on one side so it was hard to get in and out the two drawers under the bed are missing the wheels so they sit off track and don't want to open right The carport where u park and enter the property had no lights there is a door into the main house laundry room on your "private patio that has no window covering so it's awkward when people are in there staring at you and they are pet friendly with a fenced in yard but maintenance and the pool guys have to use it to access the back yard of the main house which is fine but they don't warn you and just walk in this is dangerous because if my dogs get out they could get hit by a car or if the guys spook them they could get hit idk I have really well behaved dogs but it just seemed dangerous to me also when people rent the main house I think they need to be made aware that there is a studio in the back and that it is occupied I had the latest renters come at me in my car thinking I was just some creeper sitting in the drive way when I told them I was staying here they looked at me and acted like they didn't have any idea what I was talking about but overall it was quiet and peaceful and an adorable little cottage just need small improvements I would stay again

Small Building Behind Another Rental House

This was a small building behind another rental house. It was nicely decorated, but did not have sufficiently toiletries. The outside of the small building needed better upkeep. There was a brown box, not far from the door, with a lot of junk in it and the grass/shrubs could have been better maintained. The BIG problem was the young people who rented the house in front. They partied all night playing loud music and blocked our access to the driveway. A good point was that it was walking distance to the Raymond James Stadium. All things considered, we would not rent again.
