This adorable 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom beach house, is located in the beautiful Pierpont community. Just down the street from the sand, this home is the perfect way to experience the uncrowded, stunning beaches of Ventura, California!
The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen offers the perfect spot to relax with the whole family after a day at the beach! Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room, and enjoy dinner at the dining table that seats up to 6 guests.
The first bedroom offers one queen bed,and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one sofa bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds for a total of four twin beds.
The private sundeck has plenty of patio seating and views of the ocean!

All reservation, 30 nights and longer, MUST be booked over the phone*
