Lake house with access to the best beach for swimming & fishing on Lake Hamilton
Knollwood Lodge was a fishing camp built in the 1930's. This house sits on the top of the property with direct street access to the house as well as main channel access to Lake Hamilton at the bottom of the property about 50 yards away. You will have full access to the best private beach on the lake. Swimming, fishing, boating, or watching a sunrise or sunset as well as docks for boats and a private boat ramp. There is a children's swing set and other attractions in front of the lake. The house itself has a private car port big enough for 2 cars. The car port enters the house into a full kitchen with a sink, dish washer, gas stove, refrigerator, and dining room table big enough for 6. The living room is fully furnished with a couch, chairs and TV. The master has a queen bed with a TV and the second bedroom has 2 full beds with TV. Outside the kitchen lake side door is a charcoal grill and a view of the lake as you are grilling or drinking coffee. There is a washer and dryer.
