As you come inside through the double door entry you feel like you’ve entered a tropical oasis with 180° views of your private pool, expansive deck, and a deep saltwater canal.
Inside, the open floor plan offers an abundance of natural light and features new flooring, spacious bedrooms, a new bathroom, plenty of storage, and indoor laundry.
*Please be advised that there is a daily dock fee of $50 for bringing a boat and utilizing the dock.
Please note: To ensure the best experience for our guests, certain amenities and services may incur modest additional charges. We strive to keep these costs minimal and transparent:
* Early Check-in if Available: $50;
* Late Check-out if Available: $50;
* Pet Fees: $100 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;
* POOL IS NOT HEATED AT THIS LOCATION
* Shipping Lost & Found: $50 + Shipping Cost;
* Additional Guest Fee Above 8: $15 per Night;
