Getting Things to Work Was Hard to do!

Called Front desk and was accused of different things after paying a high price we found the indoor pool was cold as the outside. The TV also got 0 channels we called the company on the box to find the owner was only one that could approve a reboot. New Years Eve Football was useless. I should have realized in the Mountains but ads don't indicate that/ The pool after sparks flying from Heater control on wall did ger steamy hot. Had to complain to get things working thank you for fixing. Would not return.

Great cabin

The cabin was great! It had many amenities and the kids loved it! The pool was nice but my favorite part was the hot tub. We would totally stay here again if possible. The only problem os the internet really sucks but if you want to get away like we did it wont be a problem at all. I totally recommend this property

Adventurous trip

The cabin itself was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table. The location wasn't too bad. We had a total of 13 in our family, and we slept comfortably. The cleanliness of the cabin wasn't the worst we have seen. If there is a cleaning fee being charged there shouldn't be hair and soap scum all over the showers and floors. Maybe start checking behind the cleaning crew so that paying renter's money isn’t being just given away. Or just do away with the cleaning fees because we ended up having to clean everything ourselves. We hand washed all of the dishes as well. The internet worked maybe 20 minutes the entire time we were there. We weren't too worried about it for social media, but who doesn’t like to relax to a little tv before going to bed. Overall good cabin and we would rent again.
