Less than 3 miles to quaint, historic downtown Nevada City, Pioneer Park for summer concerts, or the shopping and restaurants of Grass Valley. Enjoy swimming holes and fishing along the Yuba or Bear River. Truckee is 1 hour away and Tahoe City 1 hour, 15 minutes. Less than 1 hour to several ski resorts including Boreal Ridge, Donner Ski Ranch and Sugar Bowl.
