This charming 1925 Laguna Beach cottage is 900 ft from the sand & walking distance to downtown. This stand alone cottage has a dedicated parking spot in front of the house & a shared washer and dryer. There is a free trolley service only 1 block from property so no car is needed! Woods Cove, shopping and restaurants are all very short walking distance. We hope to provide a relaxing and dream vacation for all our guests!
