This is a 2 bedroom condo includes a bunk area and sleeps 6. The primary ensuite features a gulf-front view, balcony access, full bathroom with double vanity, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed bedroom and located off of it is an additional full bathroom. The main living area features a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room all with incredible views of the gulf!

You will have access to the whole unit as well as the complex amenities that includes 2 pools, whirlpools fitness center, arcade room, and beach access.

- Please note that we only provide starter packs (toilet paper, paper towel, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay.
- Beach/pool towels are not provided, so you will want to bring your own.
- There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and amenity wristbands. This is NOT included in your reservation; this is to be paid directly to the resort upon arrival.
- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will verify through photo ID.
