Spacious Bedrooms, full laundry in unit, and two covered parking spaces for guest use. Located near Old Town Scottsdale which features the Valley's top dining, shopping, and nightlife.
The space
A space that truly makes you feel at home! As you enter the property you will immediately notice the stylish decor and eye for detail. Completely updated and fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating Spacious living area with big screen tv and plenty of seating. Half bath located downstairs along with full washer/dryer available for guest use.
One unique feature of the home is that both spacious bedrooms have ensuite bath which makes it convenient for friends traveling together. Bedrooms also feature comfortable beds and TV's.
Other amenities include private outdoor patio with conversation seating area and BBQ. Community features include mature landscape with large grassy areas and access to pool and hot tub.
Truly a great location located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which includes Fashion Square mall and the Old Town Shops. There are several Spring Training parks in close proximity as well as golf courses.

Guests have access to the entire unit by themselves. There is no shared spaces.

Booking party must be 25 years of age.
Absolutely no smoking in property . $1000 fine applies.
Guests must follow community rules and be respectful of neighbors at all times.
