Cottonwood Place vacation rental home is located in Tahoe Vista at the end of a cul-de-sac and features remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, knotty pine accents, attached two car garage, large back deck with hot tub, fenced side yard and a great room floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room open to one another. Guests can conveniently access hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and other recreational activities at the North Tahoe Regional Park that has a kids play structure, ball fields, Frisbee golf course, tennis and basketball courts, and more.

Upper Level: The upper level features a gourmet kitchen with island and granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and two decks (the back deck contains the hot tub). The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room for easy conversations. The living room offers a river rock fireplace, cathedral pine ceilings, rock fireplace, 60 inch flat screen TV, and tasteful furniture appointments. This main level also features the master bedroom with king bed and nicely remodeled master bath and a half bath that services the living room area.

Lower Level: The lower level offers 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The second bedroom features one queen bed. The third bedroom offers 2 bunk sets with a twin/twin combination and the other with a double/twin combination. The forth bedroom is the largest bedroom and acts as a family room as well. The room has a TV and Wii console, couch, and a queen/twin bunk set.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Great location and family friendly!

Wonderful stay with friends. tons of space for two families each with two kids. Common area was large enough for us to hang out, make dinner and watch the Warriors on the large tv. Close proximity to resorts and restaurants. And after skiing all day, the hot tub was great! We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable.Everything worked.The hot tub was so relaxing and the location is so convenient to skiing and the lake and restaurants will love to come and stay again.

Perfect house for a family

This property is wonderful. The house is well setup for a family, with plenty of indoor and outdoor things to do. The upstairs layout with the open floorplan kitchen, dining, and living room was a wonderful hangout space. The downstairs "game" room was great for the kids, we loved that it was dog friendly so we could bring our furry family members. Overall, great stay, great location, great experience!

Just Perfect!

This well appointed cabin has gorgeous finishes, a great floor plan, and even a jacuzzi on one of two decks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a ski trip with teen daughters and their friends and would highly recommend it! We were even able to bring our furry family members too. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Great rental Vacation

Cotton Place is a gem of a cabin rental, conveniently located close to the lake and resort, Agate bay rentals is a wonderful host good communication and checks in on you in the middle of your rental to male sure everythings ok. We had a great time. thank you!

Beautiful home with great location

The home is very clean and felt very inviting. We enjoyed watching the snow fall from the warm safety of this roomy house. Our kids loved playing in the snow with the many snow sleds that were in the garage and we enjoyed watching them through the many large windows. The location was great (only a mile or 2 from Tahoe City and Kings Beach). We had planned on staying in all day because of the storm, but to our surprise, someone came and plowed the driveway. So we decided to run out and grab lunch.

Great cabin

Some issues with the cleanliness but I brought that to the owners attention and I’m sure it’ll be resolved. Other than that, everything was great. Cabin was very spacious and cozy.

RELAXING RETREAT

We were a little nervous about using Vrbo, since it was our first time staying at a cabin. We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It is beautiful, well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. This cabin is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and the supermarket which was a plus. After spending the day at the beach we sealed the day in the hot tub. This house/ cabin has a huge living room with two decks a perfect place to stay with your teens since they like some time away from their parents. The check in and Check out process was a breeze.

As advertised

The house was advertised. A nice house in a great location in north lake tahoe. Well stocked kitchen that we used for cooking every night. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use. Grill was stocked with propane. Some of the mattresses for the beds are old and no longer flat. My only main issue was the quality of the bedding. But for a short stay it's still functional. Would certainly stay shin for the convenient location.

Great house for a ski weekend with family and friends

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house was perfect for the group. All the kids stayed in the room with 2 bunk beds and had a great time (maybe TOO good; had a hard time getting them to actually sleep). The roomy living area and well-equipped kitchen made breakfast and dinner a breeze. And compliments to the property owner for having SO many coat hooks around the house, which was super handy for everyone's winter clothing. PS: the house is equipped with many sleds in the garage; it's not in the listing but super useful to anyone who wants to go sledding and don't want to lug their own up to Tahoe.
