This beautiful country home has it all! This newly renovated three bedroom, two bath home is definitely the place to make memories with family and friends.

Located 3-miles from historic Julian on a 27-acre private ranch, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife. The charming 1934 Craftsman-style home is spacious and offers all the amenities both inside and out.

Enjoy cooking a lovely meal in the large and fully stocked kitchen. Cozy up in the living room with a fire (wood provided) and watch anything you’d like on DirecTV or a variety of streaming networks including Hulu, Disney+, Netflix and more! Three cozy yet spacious bedrooms, adds to this picturesque home, each with air-conditioning, private views and convenient phone charging stations.

Ready for the outdoors? Take in the beautiful views from the backyard deck as you enjoy the jacuzzi, cook on the BBQ or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table. Have fun playing arcade games in the game room or get a game of croquet going outside on the large open grass area. Hike around the property and enjoy the wildlife, ponds and waterfalls (seasonal).

No need to drive anywhere, take a five-minute walk to Jeremy’s on the Hill for a fine dining experience or to Heroes for casual dining and live music. Enjoy a beer at the Cooler or a flight from Julian Hard Cider. Shop the Antique stores and Julian Station.

Come visit Julian Farm and Orchard next-door where free general admission is offered to all current guests registered at Julian Orchard Ranch. Driving an electric car? Power up during your stay at our car charging station conveniently located right outside the home. A front-loading washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

Gorgeous quiet property a with great access to Julian
I stayed here with my family for a long weekend and we absolutely loved it! The kitchen is so fantastic, so much working space and so well appointed. The property is so beautiful, it is private, but so conveniently located to access Julian.

Wonderful time in the countryside
This is a magnificent old Craftsman home in a fantastic location. It has been recently renovated with all the modern amenities. There is a pond on the property full of frogs. It took me back to my childhood. There are shops and great food within walking distance. The farm the property is located on is only open to the public on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Julian is just a few minutes away with apple pies and more tasty food. Jim, the host, was attentive but not bothersome. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the ranch and will be back. I had quick responses from our host Jim whenever I had a question and was very accommodating . We were celebrating birthdays and everyone loved the location and the house. We met Danny upon arrival and such a nice guy and made sure we had everything and a phone call away if we needed anything. The house was clean and the beds comfortable.I usually over pack when I stay at places cause not everything is supplied, just the basics. The Orchard Ranch house is the complete opposite. They had a coffee maker and coffee included as well as creamer in the fridge, I didn’t have to run to the store for my mom. Wild spring flowers greeted us in the kitchen window and that is a nice touch I don’t see, Jim & Robin added that extra touch and it’s above and beyond. They even had extra bowls for our fur babies in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances were new and modern. My mother enjoyed amenities in the shower, it has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser, even though I packed those items, tried it all and enjoyed the scents and product that was supplied. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the deck or out back in the green fields, we even had morning visitors of wild turkeys. We enjoyed the quick walk to Heroes and enjoyed the music and food. Also a hop skip and jump to Julian for some pies. It was peaceful and a great place to re-charge. The game room was a great fun amenity to have on property.

Serene Orchard Retreat with a Touch of Luxury
From the moment we arrived at Julian Orchard Ranch, it was clear that we had found a special place. Nestled in a private location, the ranch offered breathtaking views that instantly set the tone for our secluded getaway. The proximity to Julian's main street was a pleasant surprise, providing the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience—a mere few minutes' drive away. Our host played a significant role in making our stay exceptional. Their ease of communication and warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself was a delightful blend of cozy and modern, striking the perfect chord for relaxation. Its well-equipped game room became the heart of our family's entertainment, while the jacuzzi was a haven of relaxation, especially with the thoughtful touch of warm towels provided by our host. Every corner of the house radiated cleanliness and organization, giving us the comfort and peace of mind one would expect in a high-end hotel. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the amenities to the layout, made our stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. In summary, our stay at Julian Orchard Ranch was nothing short of fantastic. It provided a serene escape with all the luxuries one could ask for, making every moment there a cherished memory. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Awesome stay!
This adorable cabin is spacious, lovely and well appointed. Very clean, very comfortable and we had a blast! So happy we scored a stay at this beautiful property, and we recommend it to families and loved ones. Our doggos had a wonderful time in the meadow and our daughter loved the playroom and tree swing.
