There is a Park and pickleball courts 3 blocks away to the south! Enjoy a playground, basketball hoops, covered picnic area and lots of grass to run in.

A brand new attic fan and controls are on this level. You must have a window or outside door open so the attic fan can breath in as much cool air as possible in the evenings.

Keep the central AC units at 70 degrees or above to prevent freezing. Brand new attic fan has been installed to help keep the upstairs cooler. If your vehicle leaks any fluid please park in the street or you could be subject to a driveway cleaning fee.
Review the sleeping arrangements before booking.
Dispose of trash securely in the provided bins.
The TVs offer streaming services for guest use.
Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours.
