2+ Night Rentals Available in this Oceanfront Town Home in the Heart of Dewey Beach
Surfside Plaza unit 4- Upstairs full bathroom being remodeled Winter of 2024! Ocean front vacation rental, a perfect town home located on McKinley Ave. Enjoy the open deck on the first level off of the living kitchen and dining area or the screened in porch off the ocean front bedroom. There is a half bath down stairs, along with a fully enclosed outside shower, and 1 full bath upstairs with 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are separated by an accordion door. There is off street parking for 1 car plus one on street parking permit.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217.00.

First floor- 1 Queen Sleep Sofa
Second floor- 1 King (2 Singles on a king bed frame), 1 Double/Single Bunk Bed, 1 Double/Single Bunk Bed
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
