This airy bright oceanfront condo is the perfect place to capture the exquisite sunrise and moon rise from your private end unit balcony. The 'Continually Renovated' unit offers you the tranquility and spectacular views you have been searching for. As a Guest of our condo, you will enjoy the endless sights and sounds of the beach and ocean waves. Or you can just relax on a recliner and take in the sun, on one of the multi-layered decks by the pool. There are 2 Bedrooms: The Master bedroom with Private bath, Queen Size Bed, Cable Flat-screen TV and your own entrance to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin/single beds. The living room offers a queen size convertible sofa, sliding glass door to your balcony and cable flat-screen TV with DVD. With all the conveniences of home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and plenty of room for the preparation of any meal. For your comfort there is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as oversized machines off the main court yard of the condominium.
A 3% cost will be added to your total payment if a credit card is used and will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay.

Lovely, reasonable, beachfront condo

My friend and I had such a wonderful vacation at Diane's beachfront condo. It was fabulous to sit on the deck and look at the ocean -- and even better, to go down one flight of stairs, across the pool, and right to the beach! It's so much better than one of those high-rises. The condo is nicely decorated, immaculately clean, and stocked well. Diane is a wonderful lady who goes the extra mile. I had ordered the linen package, and it wasn't there when I arrived. I called Diane, and my friend and I went out to eat. By the time we got back, the linens were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay there again sometime.

Would never go back.

I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. HVAC needs attention. In addition to the musty smell it smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner. Shower curtain moldy. Pull out sofa had 2 dirty mattress pads on it and hadn’t been cleaned under the sofa in a long time. Top rack of freezer rusty. Door hinges rusty. Sliding glass door had hand prints and more. It felt overall dirty.

Condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Location was exactly where we wanted to be, and had everything we needed.! Washer/dryer combo was a bit tricky to work, and took forever to dry.. but nothing that would stop us from coming back!! Great vacation!

My husband is elderly and just wanted to sit on the deck of the apartment and watch the ocean, but the deck was dirty and cigarette butts threw on floor and all the furniture was broken so none of us could enjoy the beach, not what was shown in the pictures. Paying for ocean front and not able to enjoy it, should receive a small refund

Wonderful Vacation Spot

The view from this unit is fantastic. Highly recommend waking up early to enjoy the sunrise. It’s only a few steps from the beach, so carrying your beach equipment isn’t a chore. Great local restaurants nearby too!

Beautiful location!

We loved the proximity to the ocean and hearing the waves at night! The unit smelled like mold/mildew when we arrived so we sprayed everything with Fabreeze and Lysol and it was fine.

Perfect!

We arrived and the check in line was all the way to the back of the building. However, check in went by super fast. About 5 minutes later I was getting my key. The Dunes folks have it together! We arrived at the Condo and the AC was out. Made a call to Diane and she took care of it very quickly. She was pleasant and nice to talk too. We had a great time and had the perfect view on the balcony. For the money, you can not beat Diane’s Condo.

Great stay- beautiful beach and cozy unit!

All was good. When reading the reviews before renting, one of the guests mentioned the palm tree in front of patio was an obstructed the view. I found that tree to be perfect for offering shade, privacy and shelter from the strong ocean breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location.

This home is in a great location central to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. Being right on the water is a big draw. Makes long walks on the beach easy and falling asleep to the sound of the surf very relaxing. Would definitely return in the future.

Great ocean front sunrises

Great Sunrise condo. The balcony is perfect for the sunrises and the moonrises. Perfect distance from the pier for a wonderful morning breakfast walk. Parking was outstanding, never had an issue with parking unlike other complexes. Really nice pool and beach side sun deck area. Condo is nicely decorated. Condo was clean. Eventhough my Wife and I hardly use anything, the condo was well fortified with many amenities. Love the beach view window in the master bedroom and the direct access to the balcony. The Owner was very pleasant and helpful. This condo is saved in our favorites.

Perfectly Beachy!

We loved our stay in this condo. The complex was very clean and spacious. The parking was also very easy. Private beach access for the condo complex was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The building is an older building with no elevator for 2nd and third floors. The place was decent and the view of the ocean was great. Had some minor issues with the place but were addressed immediately by owner!

Everything great. I knew there was a palm tree in front of our balcony from the pics but I didn’t realize how much of the view it blocked. I would suggest cutting it down..

For many years my family would vacation in Garden City Beach due to less crowds and no commercialization in the area. We loved the 'Beach House' condo for the largest multi-layered decks on the beach and we specifically wanted an end unit. When this unit became available, it was just what we were looking for. We have update, renovated and renewed this unit so that it could be comfortable and enjoyed by everyone who uses it...
