We stayed 4 days/5 nights. Ample sleeping rooms. Adequately equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms. The washer and dryer were essential to our trip and were used frequently. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The only very minor complaint we had was the lack of hand towels in the bathrooms. We had washcloths and larger body towels.

This home worked great for our needs, and the yard was excellent for our two Aussies. Would definitely recommend.
The house was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the back yard. Kitchen is large and we could easily cook meals. The area is quiet with nice neighbors who I met. Communication was great. We were there for the air show and would stay again.
After reaching out for the check in info we easily arrived and got in. The house is well equipped and has a very large backyard if you have dogs and/or kids. Great AC which is a must here. We would rent this spot again.
This property was perfect for us. We were in town to visit kids and grand kids. We were able to host our son's 40th Birthday Party and the grand kids had a nice yard. The neighbors were very nice.
A very clean and pleasant place to stay. The furnishings were limited and the TV was confusing. A brief description of the TV options would have been useful. The fenced back yard was excellent for the dog. Perhaps the strongest selling point for the place. The neighborhood was safe and secure. All in all a good place to stay for Gila river adventures.
Great experience overal, from the moment I walked in it felt soo cozy. I was there in town to drop of my daughter to college and wanted to spend the last days with her there. I was able to settle her in and have some family time before our goodbye. Host were helpful and super friendly at all times. Will definitely come back to this lovely place.
The house was great for our purposes. It was clean, well decorated, well supplied, and a good location for our day trips from there. The owner was quick to respond to our requests and comments. Definitely a keeper.
I dont normally review but i really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was so easy and the house was perfect for my family. It was very clean, it smelt clean and everything we needed was ready for us to use. Whenever we come in town we definitely will be renting with you guys again! Thank you!
Comfortable house and bedding with everything you need!
More than enough space for my family of 5, 2 adults and three children. The king bed was exceptional. The matress is firm which is my preference. The bedding was perfect thickness. My 10 year old didn't coment on the queen bed but the room decor was exceptional. She did not get bored in that room! There is a wall with books and travel indo booklets that kept her reading the whole time we were in the house. The bedroom with twin beds was simple but enough for little kids. The matress was pillow soft which is not my style of a restful night as it gives no support to the back, but that's just my preference. But like I mentioned, the twin beds are perfect for young children. Although the ladder was wobbly because one side's screw was missing. And my daughter said ever time she moved the frame would wobble. I would recommend changing the bunk beds frame. The fridge inside was not very clean, smears and lots of crumbs. It would have been more appealing if the fridge was clean. The shower in the master room was not clean either. The floor had dust and debris from the last people staying. And the shower curtain also was dirty and was too short so water came out.y last complaint was the washer had a bad odor. It needs to have a detail cleaning from the rubber gasket, the hose needs to be drained and pump filter cleaned to clear out the bad odor caused from bacteria build up.Besides those things, the house was very comfortable with a big comfortable and clean couch in the living area.
The house itself was nice but the outside not so much.
The general maintenance of the patio was lacking. For a house with 3 bedrooms, there were only 2 comfortable chairs. All the rest were basically benches. Not good for 4 seniors. The barbeques & barbeque area were not usable (actually a mess). The rest of the yard appears to be a work in progress. If any of us had a dog, it would not be allowed outside.
What a comfortable home! Plenty of room for my mom (who surprised us by flying in from out of state) and my son, daughter in law and grandson (age 4 months). The master bed is so comfortable, as are the pillows!!! The kids said their room was wonderful and there was plenty of room for grandson's playpen. My mom stayed in the back room on the bottom bunk and slept well. There was plenty of space to sit and visit with the open floor plan. We are hoping to book again asap and enjoy the quiet towns of Safford and Thatcher. Our oldest son, daughter in law, and granddaughter live close so the house was in a convenient location for everything. We didn't have time to enjoy the huge backyard but did check it out. It is gorgeous and next time we hope to spend some time on the patio. The hosts were quick to respond to questions! It was a wonderful stay!!
