Teton Dreams Luxury Log Cabin with unobstructed three-peak Teton Views! Enjoy watching the alpenglow on the Tetons from the hot tub, one of the decks or from the luxurious leather sectional in the great room. Located in the coveted Teton View Corridor on the North side of Driggs, Idaho, this well-appointed property offers stunning views of the Grand Tetons as well as Grand Targhee Resort.

As you enter the 4,750 square foot home, you will be swept away by the Swedish-style log construction and the floor to ceiling views of the Teton range. An open floor plan allows for entertaining. There are many spaces that also provide for quiet reflection. This beautiful home offers 7 bedrooms, 3 full baths as well as an additional half bath on the main floor. There are also family rooms on each floor to provide separate gathering areas for you and your guests.

The main floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bath equipped with a relaxing steam shower and a King-sized bed. This bedroom also has a stone fireplace, private deck and amazing views of the Tetons. The main floor also offers a living room with rotating chair and large leather sectional, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a large fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and bar seating, as well as a large dining room table with views of the Tetons while you dine. The attached deck also provides additional dining and seating options with spectacular views of the Tetons. It is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise over the Teton range or to enjoy an evening cocktail as you wind down your day. A laundry room with brand new oversized washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. There are dog bowls and a large dog crate provided for your furry friends' use.

As you head upstairs, you will find the south bedroom with full Teton views, a king bed, and a comfortable chair that pulls out to a single sleeper bed. The loft with a queen size pull out couch and loveseat provides yet another area to enjoy the stunning Teton Views as well as the incredible log architecture of the home. This floor shares a full bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The north bedroom has a king bed as well as a work space with desk and dual monitors with cables to help you work more efficiently while you gaze at the Tetons. Through this room one accesses the bonus room which has two twin beds as well as a trundle bed that pulls out to provide two additional twin beds. Kids love to sleep up here, and both rooms have views of the Tetons.

The basement was just finished and features beautiful stonework and stained wood throughout. The gathering area features a multi-level bar that illuminates the beautiful quartzite slab countertop. There is also a large leather sectional where you can relax and stream your favorite shows on the 83” LG OLED TV. Or you can throw some darts or play a game of ping-pong on the mid-size tennis table.

On this floor there are three bedrooms: one with a King-sized bed, one with a Queen, and a bunk/workout room that has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also a top of the line treadmill with IFIT so you can get some miles in if you care to. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a stunning walk-in rain shower. The quartzite slabs resemble Rainbow Mountain in Peru.

The home is equipped with high-speed Google mesh wi-fi throughout. There are Google assistants located in the kitchen and basement, and an Alexa in the main living room. There are fixed security cameras located on the front porch, back porch and the garage. None of them are directed towards bedrooms, bathrooms or the hot tub.

As an added safety feature, this home has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom. The garage and master bedroom closet are not available for guest use. There is no air conditioning, but the cool nights allow the house to cool off. There are multiple ceiling fans and portable fans.

Please note that while guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard, there is no guest access to the garage.

TETON DREAMS LOG CABIN – HOUSE RULES & FEES

The cabin is located in an HOA community, and we ask that all guests respect the rules and our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. By booking this home, you agree to follow all house rules listed below. Violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine per infraction, charged to the credit card on file.

STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY – Violating the no events rule (including unauthorized parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.) will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and eviction with no refund.

⦿ QUIET HOURS – Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors as sound travels far in open spaces.
⦿ SPEED LIMITS – Keep speeds under 20 MPH on Middle Teton Road and 25 MPH on Grand Teton Road to maintain safety in the neighborhood.
⦿ PARKING – A maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway. No parking on the street or in unauthorized areas.
⦿ NO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES – Riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is strictly prohibited in the subdivision or on the rental property.
⦿ OCCUPANCY LIMIT – The number of people at the property may not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity listed in the booking.
⦿ NO SMOKING OR VAPING – Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home, on the decks, patios, and in the hot tub.
⦿ NO FIREWORKS – Fireworks are not allowed on the property or anywhere in the subdivision.
⦿ LOCK DOORS WHEN NOT HOME – Keep all main entry doors locked when the home is unoccupied for security.
⦿ EXTERIOR LIGHTS – Turn off all exterior lights at night to preserve the dark sky environment and allow for great stargazing from the hot tub.

CONSEQUENCES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS
⦿ $500 fine per infraction for any of the above rules.
⦿ $2,500 fine for violating the no events policy.
⦿ Immediate eviction with no refund for serious violations.
