perfect group beach vacation spot!
This condo was the perfect blend of hotel and rental experience. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms so it felt like little mini hotel rooms with a huge shared living space where we could enjoy games, movies, meals, etc. together.
The panoramic opening on the patio gave the entire place an exclusive oceanfront feel -- we loved waking up to the crashing waves every morning! For those of us who love being near the water without getting sand everywhere, the balcony was the perfect hangout.
I believe this is a relatively new listing, so they were still ironing out some kinks in terms of access codes, but they were responsive in helping us solve for the problems as they arose. They will also bring you fresh towels, additional supplies (paper towels, etc.) throughout your stay -- another hotel-like feature that isn't typical for rentals.
The kitchen was very well-stocked as far as appliances, and they do offer a service to stock your groceries ahead of time if you'd like. We opted for Instacart deliveries when we arrived.
This condo was about a 10-min walk from the Oceanside pier. There are a few eateries and a mini-mart within 10 minutes walking as well.
All in all we'd definitely rent with Beachfront Only again!
