Snacks, soups, spices, etc. Easy breakfast prep with instant oatmeal, pancake fixings, gourmet coffee & assorted keurig pods.
Private B/r, queen size bed w/Gel mattress & latex foam topper, extra linens, pillows & plush blankets. Living area w/daybed, comfy seating & cozy throws. Library & 40" HD Roku TV & Wi-Fi. Bath features separate toilet closet, large shower(on-demand water heater),vanity w/mirror, & a spa basket for the ladies. Central A/c, skylights & window screens. Courtyard area with sun loungers, patio umbrella, dining table, fire pit & Weber grill, (charcoal, lighters, BBQ Tools, grilling pans). Play area & covered pergola. Fire pit, plenty of kindling on the ground. There is a deer run behind the rv, follow it to hike. Terrain is steep and rolling. You will be on USFS/TVA land, follow federal guidelines. No removal of arrowheads, moss, or ginseng. Beware of snakes & stinging insects. This is not a city park, you are in the woods. Need bigger accomodation? We also have a custom travel trailer available sleeps 4-6 VERY comfortably, on site but seperate.
