You have exclusive use of large deck with table , chairs, and BBQ the apartment opens to. which allows you to enjoy the garden view and trees that fill the large backyard. You have your own entrance and upper half of house is locked off/ no access but ensures your privacy and use of an extra bathroom and laundry room.
