It's out a ways, but not to bad to get into town. There are 4 dogs, who are very friendly. My dog enjoyed them very much. They have a lot of area to run around on..
Israel was always available and quick to respond. The place was clean and a great getaway from the city. The dogs on the property were so friendly. Totally recommend for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle
If you’re looking for a true New Mexico desert experience, this is a great place. Very remote and secluded. Owner communicated great. Place was clean and taken care of. Don’t stay here if you’re afraid of dogs. There are 4 dogs on the property. They are very friendly though. Didn’t bother us any. Nice place!
Overall a great experience. Israel was very accommodating and helped when we had issues, super quick responses once I manned up and asked. Ha
It’s isolated, dark, and a perfect place to chill and watch the stars. Planning another trip later this year!
Isreal was great. He made sure we had everything we needed. The evening sky is amazing out there. The area is out in the country so their is barely any light pollution. That being said you need to buy groceries in town, nothing delivers out there. Town in only 20 minutes away. If you work online the internet is spotty. It was a great time I would recommend it.
The area is true to New Mexico. Flat and sort of boring. We did, however, enjoy our stay. A short drive to Roswell, which is a small but fun town. I do have to give a friendly warning. There are 4 dogs that run the show on the property. 2 are what I believe are Mexican hairless dogs. and 2 are aging labs. Very sweet dogs who are the welcoming committee. They will jump on your car if you are not fast enough to check in. The owner Did tell us and it was too late for us, that you can control the outdoor lighting with a remote. It would have made a huge difference with stargazing. Overall, we did enjoy the stay. Something different, and it wasn't half bad.
