Home has exclusive one-of-a-kind space to take pictures due to unique style. You will be required to sign and agree to our rental conditions upon booking.

Fountain Square is home to three national historic districts on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the first commercial historic district in Indiana that is bustling with live music, local eateries, and stores throughout. Just about every night of the week you'll find some live music playing. Often times Fountain Square is described as an eclectic mix of retro architecture and modern, urban design.

Roomy, clean, reasonably priced. Everyone in my group was pleased with the property.

Family gathering for Graduation
The house was perfect for our family . The three and half bathrooms helped with our group and getting ready for various graduation events. The only thing we notice that the half bathroom toilet seat was a little lose. The three bedrooms were perfect for us. We appreciated the bedroom downstairs since my husband was still recovering for knee surgery. The house is more spacious inside that the looks from the outside and great location. Street parking was easily found.
