Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game.

The maximum occupancy of each unit is 6 people and 1 vehicle. That cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors and children 4 and up count toward total occupancy.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, boats/tents/rvs are not allowed to park onsite.

Super cool property a walk from the beach!

Fantastic rentals with a catch....

Location is good, although a little far from downtown Seaside to walk. Houses were all clean, parking was good. Common area was very nice. Property backs up to a wonderful wetland pond full of birds and walking paths, and aggressive homeless. While it's not the Common's fault, it takes away a bit of the charm when the connected natural area is littered with trash, discarded cloths, obvious camps, illegal "Private Property" & "No Trespassing" sign, and some guy asking me if I know who moved his f-ing boat. But the game room has air hockey, Ms. Pac-Man, and Golden Tee, so that's pretty great.

Cute place

Our stay was good in the rental. Wish there was more seating in the living area. Overall property is great with the amenities. Little sketchy near homeless people in Mill Pond Park—couldn’t walk around. The town of Seaside is very run down, dirty and needs some TLC.

It was the perfect 3 night stay for my husband and I. We loved the front porch and enjoying the weather out there each evening! You feel like you are in your own little world. The house is beautiful, clean, and the perfect size! Hope to come back this way again some day!

BRAVO

What a wonderful place to stay! This quaint community of homes has a lot to offer with corn hole games set up in the courtyard to board games to play while sitting outside on the front porch. What a great way to entertain adults and kids alike while not having the TV on AND it is just a short stroll to downtown Seaside! My husband enjoyed his Father’s Day weekend.
