Quiet area, No shares with upstairs’ house. Private parking. Fenced in yard, Washer and dryer machines in unit for stays longer than 4 days. Living, dining room, kitchenette, patio. Verizon Fios high speed internet Two blocks from Twinbrook Library, shopping center, 1/2 mile to Twinbrook Metro, 2 blocks from buses. Short to Long Term stays. 30 minutes from Washington, DC -Smithsonian museums and Monuments.
Fully furnished. One large bedroom, small bathroom with shower. The Kitchenette has a keurig coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster oven, Large refrigerator. Private Laundry room. No shares with upstairs. Living and Dining rooms. Patio backs to Rock Creek Park, Nature and trails. Lock box.
Guests have access to the entire one bedroom basement/ground level basement apartment and patio. Community pool opens during Summer months. . Three (3) miles to Lake Needwood.
Arrival is after 3 pm. Departure is at 11 am.
There are bins in the patio for trash and recycle. kindly dispose your trash bags and recycle in the containers. Thank you!
