Nice kitchen stocked with oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. Living room with TV and couch and small dining area. Grill area outside in backyard. Within walking distance of linear trail and AH farms. Short drive from downtown, Aggieville and campus. Laundry on site.
