Relax in your own quiet little oasis on our hazelnut farm. Our small cozy cabin is perfect for one, or two who enjoy togetherness! This renovated old "summer kitchen" stands next to the 1880's farmhouse, and was originally used for wood stove summer cooking before electricity was available. About the size of a large doll house, or playhouse, it measures 12' x 25'. Also enjoy your own outdoor patio space, on our 40 acre family hazelnut farm, with views of the barnyard, farmland and orchard. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. Bedroom w/ queen bed, wardrobe and desk. Bathroom with shower. Dogs allowed on leash only, as there are chickens and kitties living on the farm.

Loved the peaceful warm atmosphere! Hosts thought of everything needed and would definitely recommend to friends and family headed out that direction. Thank you to Charlotte and Val!
Place was even more beautiful than the pictures. We got to ride borrowed bikes through the hazelnut orchard and my 2yo had plenty of places to dig and explore. Tiny place but the outside space for the kids to play made up for not having much space to play inside. Val and Charlotte are wonderful people as well.
What a delightfully adorable cozy cabin! It was perfect for our very first experience through VRBO. It was thoughtfully designed and decorated by the owners, Charlotte and Val. They showed us around the property and told us the history of this beautiful hazelnut farm. The landscaping, bursting with flowers and blooming dogwood trees were more exquisite than some well known nearby gardens that we paid to walk through! Staying here was so much more than “just a place to sleep and change our clothes”. We hope to return some day and highly recommend this lovely cottage and the charming hosts!
Although the little cabin is small, it is cheerful and light and beautifully appointed, and so fresh and clean. It feels like home, with cozy touches, and the kitchen has everything I needed for cooking, and I especially loved the gas stove, and a garden view out the window above the sink. Charlotte and Val were helpful, and it was a tiny home, but drinking my coffee on the patio and listening to the birds and chickens made me want to move to the country! I took a 1 mile walk around the nut orchard, and enjoyed the country views and hills in the distance. I want to come back soon!
