Quaint, very clean and comfy. Loved the decorating! Owner communication was great....close to wineries to visit and excellent price to stay for 3 nights.
The house was a perfect combination of rustic and modern. It was perfectly located to enjoy the quiet of the country while still being near many attractions. We quite enjoyed our stay.
This was close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was fun to hang out and explore with our family.
This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The location was nice and was close enough to everything.
I highly recommend this location and will definitely book this home again. It was extremely clean, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable and cozy. The decor was very welcoming and cozy. The host was awesome. I can’t sing enough praises about our stay. Absolutely loved it!
This house is so cute. My friends and I had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of sleeping and hang out space for my party of four and the house would easily accommodate a larger group. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or to family and would consider this property again in the future.

Nice place to stay
Hard for older people to get up the steep stairs to upstairs bedroom. Water smells. No oudoor seating/lawn furniture.
What a lovely property only 4 miles from the city of Dover and the assisted living center where my relative is staying. This property is in the rolling hills, right by Amish Country and perfect for my family. The house was renovated with 2 bedrooms on the first floor which was important for the safety of my family member. The bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was designed for eat-in or large preparation, and the living spaces were comfortable with additional sleeping options. My daughter loved the loft with a sitting area as well as a bedroom. When returning to Dover, I hope to find this property available for another visit in a few months. So glad I found this great home and its amenities. Happy New Year,
Enjoyed our stay very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The furniture is comfortable and the host seems to have made every effort to anticipate the needs of his guests, right down to a pack-n-play we saw sitting in the closet. Recommend wearing slippers in the house and wish there was a handrail for the stairs, but everything else was amazing!

Needed more info before stay. A recent new rental
The property was very nice, comfortable, clean beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped, but holes in floor need filled in. Good towels and shower.
We should have known before booking that the queen bed was upstairs, with no bathroom upstairs. We were 2 couples over age 65. There was no hand rail on the stairs, and we get up in the night. The stairs seemed very dangerous, my husband only slept upstairs half of one night, of our 2 night stay. He stayed in the twin room on first floor. I would have slept in the TV room if there were blinds on the windows in that room.
