A get-a-way for Grammie and her son's family
A peaceful and comfortable stay with my son's family - just the way we like it. The creek and the peacocks were a hit. A great place to stay while exploring surrounding area.

The farm is located in a very remote area. We really enjoyed spending time inside the property. The cottage was well kept and the ambience was amazing. Highly recommended!

We Wish we Had Stayed Longer
This was a 2 night stopover for us on our road trip in July and the guesthouse on Old Cowboy Ranch was really comfortable and private. The rooms were expansive and we felt the house itself was a generous size for a guesthouse. The kids enjoyed the wraparound porch and all the peacocks that strolled by the house. I thought we would have to drive down to Rock Creek to get a swim in, but the ranch is riverfront and had some good swimming holes. No need to leave, other than getting the kids an ice cream cone. We liked how we were allowed to explore the ranchlands, different spots along the river and of course getting some horse loving in. The kids really enjoyed the animals and friendly some of them were. We hope to return one day.
