Here at Bentwood you'll experience a comfortable, convenient, and fun stay. Bentwood is located in central SA, close to attractions, major hwys, and in a quiet neighborhood. Bentwood features fully-equipped kitchen, 2-master bdrm, extra amenities, & 2 Bluetooth speakers, everyone will have their own space. The backyard is a true haven, where you can watch TV, play, or sit by the fire and swim all year long. Your stay here will be a memorable one, whether you're here on business or pleasure!

The Space:
Bentwood can accommodate up to 8 guest.
King suite is equipped with a double walk in shower, his & her vanity, and quiet sitting area

Fiesta room, has a queen bed and has a view of the pool, it is bight and fun, and full of SA flavor

2nd master, San Antonio Zen room offers a queen, walk in shower and private restroom.

Little Texas room offers a twin daybed with trundle, and sleeps 2.

Kitchen is fully equipped with necessities, basic cooking extras, and small appliances.

* The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool. Due to cooler temperatures in Jan and Feb, max heat is 75 and 83.

*Bentwood is armed w/surveillance cameras 24/7. Cameras are places throughout the exterior front and back of property. (There are no indoor cameras.)

*Guest must submit a copy of valid ID and sign rental agreement and liability waiver prior to arrival and access to property.

*We offer many extra amenities just in case you forget!

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the entire property, pool toys, and all interior amenities. We offer laundry detergent and dryer sheets. And “just in case towels” as well as a few cleansers.

centrally located home, near major highways (I-10 & 410)

10-15 Minutes from San Antonio International Airport, Fiesta Texas, Shops at La Cantera, UTSA, UIW, Trinity, Downtown & Riverwalk

20-25 min drive to Sea World, Lackland AFB, Ft.Sam AFB, Morgan’s Wonderland

Getting Around:
Large drive way for two vehicles, street parking available in front of home.
Easy access to 410 & I-10
10-15mi north of downtown/Riverwalk/the Pearl, Alamo and Southtown
Minutes from Loop 1604, Hwy 151, Hwy 90, and Hwy 281
Area bases are between 20-25min from Bentwood.
We’re confidently located off two major city highways, you can get anywhere from Bentwood- in minutes!

Other Things to Note:
Provide basic necessities needed to cook, we provide cook and bake ware, we offer limited seasonings
We treat Bentwood monthly for pest and conduct deep cleanings after ever stay
We provide a few sanitary items, cotton balls, q-tips, toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, sunscreen and insect repellent, citranolla, lighter fluid, and few other things.

Liability waiver must be completed prior to arrival- outlines rules, additional fees, and extra guest charges

Interaction with Guests:
I will keep in touch mainly though Airbnb app. my cell phone is listed inside the home in Bentwood welcome binder.
