The house is very impressive! We loved many things about it. It was very clean. The pool and porches were very good. . The setting is impressive. We were 11 family members ranging from 62-82. For us, getting in and out of the tall beds was a challenge. Besides that all was good . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home

Highly recommend! Great for large groups.
Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. We had a large group with a few infants and toddlers but there was more than enough space for everyone. The indoor pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight. The pool is surrounded by a fence with safety gates so we never felt unsafe with the little ones in the house. We also really enjoyed using the two kayaks that are kept in the house, one is a single and the other is a 2 person. Since we enjoyed the pool so much we didn't make it into the river until our trip was nearly over but if I could do it again I wouldn't make that mistake. The water around the dock is only a few feet deep and felt like beach sand under your feet. We had a blast floating in rafts, swimming, kayaking around the dock. Everyone in our group was very happy with sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, dining room, game room, seating areas, etc. The pictures online are accurate but I think it was actually better in person. Our communication with David before the trip was a breeze and he was always quick to respond. We didn't have a single issue that required his attention while staying there. The cleanliness of the house was a 10/10. Zero complaints there, the staff did a great job.

Family gathering for a wedding
I booked this house for my family to stay for my son’s wedding. It was an amazing property. We loved everything.There is enough space to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and ended up being the gathering spot! The views are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the porch catching up. Quiet and captivating! The perfect getaway. This is an amazing property. 5 stars!

This site offers something for everyone outdoors and indoors for the active and inactive. On our last day, my grandson (10) was already talking about “next year...” Pictures are accurate. It's a spacious out-of-the-way retreat for young and old.

Weekend getaway
Great weekend with friends in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for the 14 of us. Indoor pool/bar area was the perfect space for us to hang out together.

Gorgeous Home
This is a gorgeous home with plenty of room for all 10 of us!!! The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub!!! The game room and fire pit were also much used. The kitchen is well equipped. There are several sitting areas so we could spread out. I enjoyed daily walks in the quiet neighborhood and the fall trees were beautiful. We did have a snafu at checkin but it was quickly resolved.

We experienced rekindling of our friendship at this immaculate villa located overlooking serene bay ! Definitely a rare find for large group to gather , share and experience.

I enjoy meeting new people and finding ways to put value in somebody else lives. I enjoy golfing and spending quality time with my wife and 2 young children, and also relaxing afternoons on a lake.

Why they chose this property

peaceful getaway from any traffic with a beautiful bay view and plenty of outdoor space to have fun and play games. the woods and the water are a nice combination.

What makes this property unique

it is large. 10,000 sf. plenty of space to make wonderful memories inside and out. an indoor heated pool and hot tub is great for the whole year around. especially in the wintertime! beautiful view of the bay with large windows. and also bay access from a private dock.
