Very quiet.

It was just a day trip, I rented both cabins to have the land to myself, The house is nice, it has a wood stove for heat, 2 couches, 2 beds (bunkers) the outhouse was clean. The kitchen had the basics, It had propane lighting, Cant remember if it had a coffee pot Because i brought my own. I stayed in the winter but i recommend it.

Peaceful and clean.

I stayed here for New Years with just my Dog, Obviously it was cold out so the wood stove was very cozy, You'll have to bring your own blankets, There really isn't anything You'll so if you think youll want it just bring it, The email i got didn't have the access code like it was supposed too but the Host is very responsive, Dont follow the GPS just ask the Host for directions and You'll find it very easily. I'll stay again, it was private snd peaceful.

Nice off grid place to unplug

I booked both cabins for the week with my dad and my boy. The place was perfect for our needs. I offered them to stay at a local campground or a hotel next year and their reply was "NO WAY THIS PLACE IS AWESOME" As long as it is available, we will be staying again next year.

I dont even know where to start. First off the address is WRONG takes you to another house. Had someone help us find the cabin. I got an email the day before stating here are the" keys to your trip" yeah only to find out you couldnt open the email it said PAGE NOT FOUND. The host never shared the code and we couldn't stay. No communication NONE. We had to drive ALL THE WAY HOME SUCH AN INCONVIENCE. How terrible it is to make people think there is a cabin a cozy one none the less and you have no access. I REPORTED THIS HOST . Don't stay here!!!!!

Be Prepared

Overall, it was a nice stay at this cabin. Here are some things I think future renters should know. Propane fridge worked great. There is a small freezer too. Definitely off grid so plan accordingly. Propane lighting throws a lot of heat so you probably don't want to use them in the hotter months. Solar power is not always working. The one outside outhouse is shared by all campers. Both cabins on property are not cleaned or linens changed between guests. Our cabin had dirty floors and stove. The other cabin had 3 separate guests come on different nights and use the same bed linens. Instructions say to sweep floors and make beds. . . Why would I make a dirty bed? Because I brought my dogs, I did a lot of cleaning before I left. I think people should know that there are cameras on trees facing the cabin. Plenty of deer flies and mosquitoes, so bring repellant. Lots of nature sounds in the evenings - frogs, owls and coyotes. Because second cabin is hard to find, be prepared for lost renters to bother you.
