A Memorable Stay with River Views and Ample Space, and a Super Awesome Host!

We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Lawrence's Vrbo property. Lawrence, the host, provided exceptional responsiveness, accommodation, and top-notch customer service. From booking to departure, Lawrence was prompt and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The house itself was a gem, offering more than just comfort. The spacious front yard added charm, providing ample space for outdoor activities and creating a warm atmosphere. One highlight was the awe-inspiring view of the river and downtown Reno, creating a picturesque backdrop for our family reunion. Whether indoors or outdoors, the views added magic to our gathering. However, the basement bedroom appeared dated with dim lighting, inadequate ventilation, and noisy water pipes. I suggest transforming the basement into an entertainment room and utilizing one of the living rooms upstairs as a 5th bedroom. In my opinion, this house will be perfect! Despite minor observations, our stay was fantastic, and we look forward to returning. Lawrence's commitment to hospitality, combined with the house's spacious front yard and mesmerizing views, made our stay special. Highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable retreat with a touch of natural beauty.

Thanksgiving on the Truckee

Great house to host Thanksgiving with the extended family. Lots of areas to visit with family, teens in the basement, cooks and snackers in the kitchen, football in the living room and dinner on the fantastic enclosed porch overlooking the rivers and hills. Loved being able to walk to coffee or dinner. Definitely looking to return!

Great times at the Mansion

The Reno Mansion has a rich 100 year old history and it really left a great impression on our group. The mansion is perfectly set up for a large group to be together comfortably and has lots of added touches for comfort and convenience. There are even cell phone charging pads at each bed! Lawrence is a great host and communicator and we really appreciated him as well. Highly recommended to anyone!
