Enjoy the awesome Gulf Front views at beautiful Ocean House II 2805 located on the 8th floor. This family friendly condominium features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with lots of room to spread out. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony which you can access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and has access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV's for your guests enjoyment.

The kitchen, with newer appliances, is stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal or just a quick bite. With beautiful granite countertops, you will feel like you're cooking in style. The dining room table seats four and there are two bar stools for additional seating. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area which is perfect for children and a stack washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

After a day at the beach, enjoy the evening watching the sunset over the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico or take a dip in the zero-entry outdoor pool.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping, there's an ice cream shop, pizza, bar & grill, souvenir shopping within blocks.

Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes from security upon arrival - $30.00 each, per stay, limit 2.

Smelly

The house is beautifully decorated, but the smell was awful. We bought some fabric air febreze spray and candles and left them there. It was like the place was mopped with old bucket water. If not for the smell the place would have been wonderful.

Highly recommend this condo

This had just been remodeled, like the listing said, and everything was very nice. We stayed at another condo in this complex 2 years ago and it was dirty and needed a face lift. This place was very nice, people, meaning Vivian the manager, was accommodating and we had a great time. I kept the info so we can rent this unit again in the future.

Great stay!

This was a girls getaway for Easter Break and it was perfect! The condo is lovely, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach was wonderful. Communication was great, too! The dryer did not work, but we were told that it will be replaced. Hopefully this is done before the next guests arrive.

Ocean House

Nice location and beautiful beach. There was only one roll of toilet paper per room. There was also hair left in the bathtub drain. Yuck! Some light bulbs were not working on our arrival. Kitchen utensils were quite old.

Amazing trip

Beach trip 2022

First impression almost made us leave, smell of raw sewage in lobby was awful. Guest leaving said it had been same all week but ok after you get out of the elevator. Unit itself was great and very clean. Only other problem was it rained and the water pooled like an inch deep directly in front of our door. Great beach access also.

Beautiful views and perfect location

Overall our stay in Ocean House 2 went well. Checkin was easy and the condo was as described. Below are a breakdown of all things. Positives: You can’t beat the location and view. It’s breathtaking at night and it’s in the heart of gulf shores. The beds were comfortable and the condo had 2 box fans which my family of 5 loved. We used the sofa sleeper and my daughter said it was comfy too. They gave enough towels to start the week off and we did laundry as needed. Almost everything you would want for a kitchen is there. The beach was only steps away from the condo and the kids loved the pool. They had showers to clean off from the beach area which was great. Water pressure in the shower in the condo was great too. Negatives: The condo, even though updated, you can tell it’s part of an old building. The building itself is a bit dated but the location can’t be beat. We did find some of the dishes were dirty in the condo. I assume from a former guest not checking after unloading the dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets/walls and appliances had food residue and fingerprints. I brought Clorox wipes with me and was able to clean it up to my satisfaction. Also, no matter what you do you will be dealing with sand. The sand there is very fine and impossible not to track into the condo so be prepared for sandy feet. I swept frequently and put a towel down for our shoes and that seemed to help a lot. There is only one elevator but we didn’t have many problems with that. Overall, the positives outweighed any negatives we had. Sitting on the deck at night and watching the ocean and sunset can’t be beat.

Property was just OK

The condo was clean and everything was represented accurately in the description. The issue was the overall condition of the Ocean House property. It is in need of updating. It is closer to being a dump than it is a nice property.

Nice condo but

The property looked just as advertised but upon arrival there was a musty smell. The next evening noticed droplets of water on floor in both bedrooms and dining room. Called maintenance but nothing was done.

Great location for a long weekend

Just left our 3 night stay with my wife and baby son. The location is great. Private beach access is steps away and the pool is big enough for quite a few people (though we were there on a seemingly quieter week. The only 2 reasons I give this 4 stars is: 1. Checkin is keyless, but you still have to get a security pass for parking from the security gate at the front - I had to call 3 times to get someone available to get my pass as they were “away”, “doing a cash exchange” or “at another location. It was quite inconvenient coming out to the gate 3 different times for this. 2. The wi-fi speed in our condo was below 5mps in all areas of the condo (I checked on my device. This meant that we were unable to stream anything on our fire TV, iPads or phones, as it was simply too slow. I used my laptop to purchase a kindle book and it took me about 10 minutes. Just a suggestion that in this modern, streaming era to look at upraising to the next tier of Wi-Fi. Other than that we had a great time!

Nice place

The condo was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our vacation during spring break. The added perk of the sunset dolphin cruise and the round of golf was icing on the cake.
