About this property

Ranch with heated pool, fenced yard, near downtown, 5 miles to the beach.

New photos coming soon! Come be our guest at this ranch retreat. Only 15 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Everything you need for an excellent vacation within a 5 mile radius. Or just stay home and relax by the pool. Back yard has a privacy fence with two gates. We are pet friendly. We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook meal at home. Stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a washer and dryer just off of the dining area. Slider opens all the way up to get the Florida style living with indoor/outdoor combined. The pool is caged and heated. Three bedrooms- master features king sized bed, two closets and an en suite full bathroom. Two other bedrooms have queen beds. There is a small fire pit area out back. We have pool chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and towels all for our guests to use when they go to the votes number one beach in America, Siesta key.
