Easy key less access to entire house, private fenced in backyard & patio. Newly remodeled with new appliances, new mattresses & fully equipped kitchen.
Full laundry, parking, wifi, Netflix & Roku. Listen to music from YouTube or blue tooth to speakers.. Pet friendly

New memory foam mattresses on each bed
Sofa bed in living room is memory foam mattress.

We are snowbirds. we wanted a city in a tropical area close to beaches and nightlife. A great place to come to and enjoy when the weather gets cold.
Why they chose this property
It is a great launching spot for whatever you want to do. The neighborhood is close to everything. The beaches, parks and restaurants. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Fresh clean and newly remodeled. Great patio for relaxing. My primary goal, with the location and the way I made this place, it is somewhere I enjoy coming to. We are constantly trying to make improvements and trying to maintain a high standard.
