There are 6 beaches within a 10 minute drive; Great Bay, Guana Bay, Corolita Beach, Dawn Beach, Coconut Grove, and the world famous Orient Beach. Within our gated property we offer you a newly renovated one bedroom basement apartment surrounded by tropical plants and gardens. Defiance pleasant time!

We had a great stay at 6 Defiance where the place is well located, in a wonderful setting (amazing view, garden) and super well appointed / furnished appartment. The owners are great and really caring and went over and beyond to ensure we had all we needed! An amazing experience and we are really thankful for this amazing holiday in the Sint-Maarten paradise!

If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet little place, lockup and go out of the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect. It's clean, has a stunning sunset view, and higher elevation making you feel like you more in the mountain side of SXM. Very affordable for what you get. We will definitely be revisiting this little gem as soon as we can. 15min drive from Orient bay french side, yet close to Philipsburg, dutch side. I couldn't recommend this more.

Beautiful modern apartment

My hosts were the best, they welcomed me and checked to make sure that i was enjoying everything. The unit was clean, spacious, and has all of the amenities for a comfortable visit. The location is within the local neighborhood and not in the tourist area, however it was super safe for this solo traveler even driving through at night. Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures and there were even some modern features that pleasantly surprised me. If you want a relaxing stay off the beaten path, definitely check this vacation rental out!
