Fenimore Mill 1A Pool, Hot Tub, Pet Friendly!

**IMPORTANT: Dock, hot tub and pool were damaged in Hurricane Helene and are not available until future notice.** The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. This unit has incredible open water views! The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool, community hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community's kayak rack- launch right from the complex. Your unit is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cookware, glassware, etc.

This unit is pet friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

Wonderful accommodations for a relaxing long weekend!

This is a nicely appointed condo with great amenities! The pool was lovely. The condo was furnished with comfortable and beachy decor with a washer/dryer. We had dolphin views from the private balcony. Listening to the waves was heavenly. Great location to walk and explore shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Magnificent Mermaid!

Mermaid’s Song was convenient to many of Cedar Key amenities. Unit was clean, organized well decorated and well stocked with all items needed for a long weekend! Especially liked the lower level option for easy access to carry items up to the unit.
