Want to wake up in the morning hearing only the seagulls and ocean waves with the sun rising over the ocean? Want to look out and see dolphins swimming by from two balconies facing the ocean or eat breakfast on the balcony or see the amazing sunset over the Bay from the other side of our penthouse? Want to stroll or jog along the beach in the morning or collect shells? Then look no further! All three bathrooms completely renovated! New gel-infused mattresses in all bedrooms. Plank flooring installed throughout first and second floors of penthouse. Penthouse updated -- hurricane windows, new mattresses, etc.

Mini vacations available -- minimum 3 night stay. NO REFUNDS, so be sure when you book, you are certain of your dates! 4.5% MD room and 5% MD sales taxes, $135 cleaning fee and $200-$500 refundable security deposit, depending on group size. We had an excellent stay here and the property managers were prompt, clear and proactive with their communications. Everyone enjoyed their time, the views were stunning, and this was a lovely trip!

Stayed for my daughter’s bachelorette party. We had a great time. Only wished there was one more actual bed. We made do with what we had. The lay out was great. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family
The location was perfect. The views were gorgeous. The beach and the pool were never crowded. The room was very clean. My only suggestion is that I wished there was a linen service offered. I would have gladly paid extra to not have to pack bedding and sheets and towels for 7 people. But besides that everything was amazing. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Fun stay in OC Penthouse on the beach!
We had a great time in OC staying in the Penthouse. The view was beautiful! The beach & pool were easily accessible. The owner of the condo, Christine, is super sweet & returns text messages in a timely manner. The condo was clean & provided enough to make our stay comfortable. Our vacation was a short one, but we made lots of memories! We'll be sure to return in the future! :)

Beach oasis
This property was top notch. Directly on the beach with a pool. It really doesn’t get much better than that. Well actually it does, when you factor the host Christine in the equation. She was available and in constant communication with us our entire stay. She had some amazing recommendations for things to do. Her one requirement of us was to have an amazing beach vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you!

A perfect stay!
My family (6 of us) had a wonderful stay. The penthouse unit is clean, bright and spacious for a family to stay and the owner is available anytime for questions, etc. The pool and beach access are 2nd to none and the views from the balconies are incredible - Pelicans, seagulls, etc. all fly at nearly eye level! Our kids saw stingrays and dolphins everyday and we even did a beach bonfire too. Shops, drinks and food are all walking distance and the drive around town is easy too. This was a perfect family get away spot, highly recommend!

The perfect getaway!
The perfect spot for a few friends and I to spend the weekend. The condo was in great, clean condition. Bathrooms were updated (a big plus for us) and bedrooms were a good size even with 2 beds in each room. Great location where the beach isn’t too packed and the pool was a bonus. Host was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions. This will be my top choice anytime visiting OC. Thank you!

Vacation time
The pic doesn’t do Justice for the place it’s beautiful , great view of the beach and easy access to the beach , love to sat out on the balcony at nite and listen to the wave with a candle light dinner .. the owner answer any questions I had before vacation and doing vacation within timely manner and very respectful will recommend to go and going stay Again next year …

Enjoyable ocean time
The condo was perfect for our family with two kids and gave us plenary of room. Bringing towels, pillows, blankets and sheets made for a full car but the property was great once we got there! The building was full of friendly people and located in a great part of town.

Priceless View, Fabulous Vacation
The property was clean and ready for us after a long drive. Christine was an excellent communicator, she answered all of our questions quickly and gave us many helpful tips and suggestions. The condo was well equipped with kitchenware, cozy seating, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. You need to provide your own linens and towels which we knew before our arrival. The washer and drier is right down the hall for communal use, just make sure you have quarters. The location was perfect and the view took our breath away every morning and evening (sunrise and sunset views). The pool was enjoyed daily and the beach access couldn’t be better! We will definitely stay here in the future!

Peaceful area and easy beach access.
My granddaughters and I enjoyed our annual “Girls of the Summer” trip at this oceanfront property. Cute place, great location, beautiful view of beach and the owner was very responsive. We had a wonderful time. Heads up…..you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Would we come back again? Absolutely!

Great location, right on the beach!
This was my first time booking a vacation rental and I had a good amount of questions. The owner was very responsive, patient and friendly. Answered any questions I had. She went out of her way to suggest some locations she personally likes to visit when she's in OC. She also offered early check in for a fee which was great after sitting in the car. Overall the penthouse was everything and more my group of 6 needed and wanted. We had a fantastic time. There are some minor items that could be updated in the near future, the bathroom doors were sticking a bit when opening, the windows on the bay side bedroom were older but had a great view, the building itself is an older building but very functional and in an area with less hustle and bustle. The shape of the building made it simple to know which one was ours when coming back from a long walk on the beach, it's the only one that's curved. The beach area by the building was also less crowded than other areas. The pool was very refreshing and after a long day in the sun at the beach it was perfect to swim in the shade. There was not a restroom by the pool we were aware of so we did go up to the room when needed. Overall PH2 is win in my book. I would love to be back again in the near future for more sun, beach, waves and relaxing!

Being at the Penthouse provides me with a serene atmosphere that I can't easily get living in a city. There is nothing better than sitting on one of the balconies late at night just watching and listening to the waves crash along the shore. You can also head down to the Boardwalk with more restaurants and activities for the entire family!
