This spacious home with a yard is perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The property includes two private spaces: the larger house and a cozy guest house. The main house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite. It boasts a large open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom, which doubles as a game room, has 2 twin beds.

The guest house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a full kitchen, a 4-person dining area, and a comfortable living room.

Furry friends are welcome with a pet fee of $200/pet.

The space:
Enter the large modern living space through beautiful doors. Please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors clean.

Relax in the living room with a 65" smart TV or enjoy the kitchen and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen. Down the hall from the living room, the first bedroom on the right features a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, and a large closet. Adjacent is a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower, modern vanity, mirror, and toilet. Further down the hall, another bedroom has a queen bed, workspace, and closet. Around the corner is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed, and a dedicated workspace. This room has access to a deck that can also be reached from the living room.

Back in the living room and through the kitchen, the final bedroom features a twin daybed and a pullout twin trundle. This room also serves as a game room with a multi-game table (mini pool table, air hockey, foosball, and table tennis) and a dry-erase board for scorekeeping. There is also a board game center with chess, checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, backgammon, poker, and other card games.

The guest house can be accessed from the backyard or through the gate in the driveway. From the driveway gate, enter a private patio space. The barn doors open to the guest house living space, which includes a 55" smart TV on a wall mount that adjusts up to 45 degrees. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a full-size shower, modern sink, and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens to the shared backyard.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire property. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks.

The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars parked side by side and in tandem. Please follow the painted parking lines.

Other things to note:

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running, and cycling. We are also just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to explore the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
