Great location 5 miles directly east of downtown Naples and 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. The community amenities are abundant; Huge Pool, Bocce Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, large community clubhouse. Winding streets lined with mature trees. Gated entry with attendant. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with one current bedroom set up as an office space. Large Lanai with outdoor dining for 6, two large lounge chairs directly off the master bedroom for morning coffee. Office space for work or to check daily emails. Large flat screen TV in living room to binge your favorite shows. Large Master bedroom with King bed. Large Master Bath with walk in closet. Second bedroom has brand new Queen bed and furniture. Minimum 1 month rental. HOA requires rental application with a $150 non refundable deposit.
