Owner meet with us and explained the entire place to us. He was very accommodating. Place was very clean and neat and well furnished . We went to go to the beach and noticed there were no beach chairs, we contacted him about the chairs and he ran out and bought all new beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas. He delivered them with in a hour!!! Great host! He was awesome to deal with and we would highly recommend the place or any of his places to stay. Hard to find genuine people in this world we are in now and he is definitely a genuine person, Thank you for making our family vacation stay place a stress free one!! We look forward to staying at some of your other locations with pools! Thanks again
Very well appointed collage style house approximately 1.2mi from Vandy beach. Great interior, great bed. As advertised. Added bonus: Next door neighbor is a very kind French gentleman who knows all the good restaurants outside of the typical 5th Ave haunts.
We found the house to be clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. The sofa and the bed in the master bedroom (which is the only one we used) were very comfortable. We were also pleased with the very generous walk in closet! The kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed.
The location was great (easy access to shopping and the beach) and the neighborhood was nice. We took our e-bikes with us and found biking from the house to the beach and through the neighborhoods was very pleasant and non-threatening.
We appreciated Ben’s quick responsiveness and turn-around in dealing with any concerns we had (e.g. garburator was not working and was slow to drain). He dealt with the issue right away.
There were some minor issues that did not affect our enjoyment (e.g. back patio door needed repair) and we brought such things to Ben’s attention.
I do not give 5 stars easily but I would give 4.5 stars if it was available. I would have appreciated Ben reaching out to us in advance of us asking with instructions and information on how to access the house, garbage schedule (we figured it out), what to do before we left, etc., but he was always responsive when we asked. Also, a thorough, detailed inspection of the house before we arrived may have exposed some of the (minor) things we found and the more significant garburator problem. However, I recognize that time is not always available in a busy market.
Place was clean and comfortable and check in was very easy. 3 tvs but only 1 worked and we had to buy toilet paper. Picture showed 2 chairs in front but they weren’t there.
The property is located within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and 1-2 miles from two Public’s Stores, ABC Liquor and Trader Joes. Unfortunately “Seed to Table” is a 20 minute drive. Ugh The property appears newly renovated with an up to date throughout. Overall the property was clean and attractive. Also , I contacted the owner Ben, twice for questions and he answered both times. Very friendly.
This was a very convenient house. Walkable to many restaurants including Cafe zgpurmond, Joe’s diner, zDeep lagoon, and Mercato. Vanderbilt Besch about 1 mile.
Enjoyed our stay - beds and sectional in the LR were super comfortable. TVs in all bedrooms and LR. Kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. Enjoyed the screened in back patio. Had to provide our own beach chairs and ended up buying a small gas grill which hopefully others will enjoy in the future. Otherwise everything else was great about this property.
I made the reservation 4 day's before I was leaving. Owner got back quickly and we completed the paperwork. Code didn't work at first when I arrived but was called back quickly and set code. The house is very clean and it was very quiet. Very happy I found this and plan on returning again.

We enjoyed the little house which was perfect for our needs. Close to Vanderbilt Beach, shop & dine at the Mercato, easy access to all of Naples via 41Tamiami Trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This booking was very last-minute as we had to cancel another vacation due to Covid concerns. We had no idea what to expect as we were not familiar with the Naples area. This little house in a residential neighborhood ended up being perfect for our needs. Each morning we sat in chairs under the overhang in the front of the house and enjoyed the warmth and sunshine. Living room was comfortable and adequate for a little TV watching in the evening. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. And as we cooked in each night use the kitchen a lot, and, that too was adequate for our needs . There is a small Weber charcoal grill for grilling but it was too rusty to be used and does need to be replaced. The only thing that is lacking are beach chairs and an umbrella. When a rental is within walking distance to a beautiful beach those two items really need to be supplied. And basic cleaning supplies and condiments were also lacking. There was no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. And some salt and pepper in the very least would’ve been nice to have. But overall we were very pleased. I do have to say one thing that the communication before we arrived it was not good. Ended up having to call the property manager asking for the details for arrival night before our arrival. He never responded to my messages on Vrbo.
All in all, we were very content and comfortable in this clean.reasonably priced rental. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed this house for a month. Quiet neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park where we visited often. We needed our own bikes and beach chairs but the home has beach towels and a cooler. The home is clean and updated. The screened patio was especially nice for meals. The back yard is enclosed and very private, which we appreciated. There were many nice serving dishes and plates in the kitchen but not many pots or pans. No spices beyond salt and pepper. I had to buy a few aluminum foil pans to use in the oven. It was not a problem but just know that the kitchen is pretty basic. There are many stores and restaurants within a short drive. We would definitely consider returning and hope to do so in the future.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy your self. Very private backyard. Great area. Good neighbors. House was clean and well stocked.

Lovely stay in Naples Park
We spent the month of March 2019 at this home. Very clean & comfortable: Two bedrooms, two baths and a beautiful fenced-in back yard (we have a dog). Kitchen was a little out-dated, but well equipped. Added bonus was the screened-in porch where we ate many meals and relaxed. Loved the location - very close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay in Naples Park!

Excellent - Could Not Have Asked For More :)
I rented this property for two months (1/14/18-3/15/18). The property exceeded my expectations; it is a great value. The location is wonderful, central to so many Naples attractions, e.g., Vanderbilt Beach (with magnificent sunsets) a 5 minute walk, the Mercado (with wonderful restaurants, a Whole Foods, a cineplex) across the street, a Publix across the street, yet another cineplex across the street, Trader Joe's a 5 minute drive, downtown Naples a 15-20 minute drive, and so much more. The property had been renovated and was immaculate - a very comfortable 2 bedroom home. The screened-in porch and a fenced-in yard were a real plus.
The property owner, Ben, was a pleasure and easy to deal with. Ben was very responsive, even pro-actively describing near-by attractions. Ben was a key reason why my stay was so enjoyable.
I highly recommend this property.

Dirty, Disgusting Filth, Disinterested Owner -- I Started Crying When I Walked In -- Shameful Owner
My husband and I rented this dump for the entire month of January. After traveling 24 hours in the car, we entered to find: dirty (#2) toilet paper in toilet, garbage in all waste baskets, filthy, soiled rug in living room, and all smoke alarms were disabled with the batteries lying around. This was only the beginning. It was so dirty I was afraid to sleep on the sheets and had to do laundry immediately. When I tried to use the oven, it started smoking because the grease in it was so thick. There wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen. No roasting pan either. Over the next couple of days, we had to call the owner to have a toilet repaired, the garbage disposal repaired, and the stained rug removed. He couldn't have cared less, and we had to repeatedly text him to get responses. Forget trying to phone him. We replaced the smoke alarm batteries with our own money and paid for professional house-cleaning the next day. The 5-star review on this dump was three years old, and the dirt on the outside patio table was, too. Because my husband had already leased it for another two weeks at the end of March, I waited before posting this review so that the owner would not penalize him. During our stay, the owner decided to replace the locks with a key-entry system and change the thermostat. Thus, we spent two days waiting around for his workmen to show up and do these tasks that should have been done before our arrival. I assume he's going to put this hell-hole up for sale since he really has no interest in presenting a clean place for people to rent. STAY AWAY!!!

Attractive Cottage
A friend & I rented this home for 4 wks last January, and were very pleased with our choice. The house is very nicely furnished & decorated, very clean, well-equipped & comfortable. We enjoyed daily walks throughout lovely Naples Park - a quiet neighborhood with a variety of homes. The owner was always available by phone to answer the few questions we had. We especially enjoyed the proximity of a wide variety of wonderful restaurants & stores including Joe's Restaurant, Trader Joe's, Publix, Anthony's Dress Shop, Bravo & the Blue Martini at the Mercado Shopping to name a few! We were pleasantly surprised & enjoyed a visit at the Naples Museum of Art.
