We had an excellent stay while on a ski trip at Big Sky! The cabin had everything we needed and perfectly matched the posting description. A would recommend and stay again!
Stayed here for 4-nights on a skit trip. Just a great little cabin in a beautiful location. Fully equipped and cozy. Peaceful location with river right out the front door.Easy, scenic 30-minute drive to Big Sky. 10-15 minutes from Riverhouse for great dinners. The Corral not far away either for drinks and dinner.
We loved the cabin! It felt remote even though it was close to skiing and just a little further to Yellowstone. Staying at the cabin was the centerpiece of our family holiday trip. Beautiful river surrounded by snow and stars.
Super cute, clean and nice. We stayed in the winter. The wood burning stove is a cool touch and everything was as we thought. One note for folks coming in the winter is that the parking is a bit away from the cabin so you need to lug your luggage and food through the snow, which may not be easy for everyone. Happy traveling, nice place!
We booked this sweet cabin for our ski trip to Big Sky. It proved to be an amazing base for our adventures. Quiet, serene and private was just what we needed. We did not mind the hike in over the snow packed bridge, but could see this as a problem for those with mobility issues. Natalie was absolutely great at getting back to us when we had questions, and the cabin was toasty warm. We will definately be back.
We had a great time at this authentic cabin. The scenery was beautiful, right in the river, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
I loved my Gallatin River cabin accommodations. Close enough to Big Sky resort and a couple local bar/restaurants while still feeling like an adventurous mountain experience.
Really enjoyed our stay, had all the amenities and strong wifi. Always warm and hot water.
Highly recommended for a ski trip. Great location riverside !
We loved the cabin and the location. It was very quiet. There is a small resort across the river but we hardly noticed. Also, it’s close to a lot of amazing hiking trails, whitewater rafting, and fishing. Highly recommend!
The location was amazing so beautiful and just secluded enough that it was a perfect get away. So much to explore right in the backyard. perfect size for two adults, everything you need is just a short drive up to big sky. Would book again!!!!
Great place with all the amenities to enjoy time away and easy access to the surrounding areas... Kitchen fully stocked, hot water shower, stove keeps the heat all night. We enjoyed using it as a 'home base' during our MT/WY adventures.
The cabin was awesome!! Had everything we needed and was in a great location for everything we wanted to experience in northern Montana! Natalie was fantastic at answering questions and modifying our reservation…one of the best hosts we have had!!—The cabin is located behind Cinnamon Lodge, on a road that doesn’t quite look like a road, it took a minute to find it, and there is no cell signal to call and ask. It truly is right on the river, it was spectacular!!
This is a great little place. Beautiful view out in the front deck. Could have used a TV for background noise but it was a nice change. Would stay again. Feel like a true Montana stay rather than at a resort that feel corporate.
Right on the river with a fantastic view and good fishing. There was a little more traffic noise than I expected, but not bad. It is a tighter fit than expected and could benefit from a few things in the kitchen, an arm chair or couch and resupply of trash bags with a larger can for longer stays like ours.
In general, it was great, and the price was right. If I ever get to go back, it is on my short list of places to stay!
We loved the simplicity of this rustic property. We didn’t need more than it offered, and we liked being so close to the river. The price was reasonable and the daily drive to Big Sky was not a problem at all.
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and 4 days and we LOVED it. It was just the right size. It stayed warm the entire time with no drafts which was great since it snowed for 3 of those days. The sounds of the river flowing was very peaceful. The location is great-about 10 minutes from Big Sky and 45 from West Yellowstone. The bridge to get to the cabin looks very rickety but was actually very sturdy. We definitely would stay again.
Right on the water. Cozy cabin, amenties and cookware were nice, actually had spices in the cabinets. Porch was awesome to drink coffe in the morning and listen to the river run at night
