Ocean Front at Napili Bay! Napili Lani #318 - Quam Properties
Napili Lani is located on Puna Point in Napili. We are not affiliated with Napili Kai Beach Resort. Directly on the north side is Kapalua Bay and on the south side is Napili Bay, two of the best beaches on Maui, and both beaches are steps away from the condo. White sand, clear water, great swimming, snorkeling, and great sunsets await you. There is great humpback whale watching in the winter months and great sea turtle watching all year. This unit has one king bed and one queen sleeper sofa! Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.
900 sq. ft. Minimum 4-night rental. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of the rental. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more! This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
