Our home offers a balance of escape while being at the heart of everything Lake Arrowhead has to offer.
The space: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 game room with beds, outdoor deck, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, parking for 4 cars.
Upon entering the main floor, you will be greeted by the floor-to-ceiling A-Frame windows and sliding doors that lead to the outdoor deck. The high ceiling and open concept give the home an airy and spacious feel. The stocked kitchen, dining room and living room all flow seamlessly. The designer couch, chaise and ottoman make lounging and daydreaming a must in this room along with enjoying the wood-burning fireplace, binge-watching shows on the smart tv, or listening to music on the record player.
The private primary suite located on the top floor has a king Casper mattress, Modernica day bed, work desk, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Large windows give you a front-row view of the forest.
Two cozy guest rooms with queen beds (one w/ memory foam mattress for those needing more back/side support) are on the main floor and share an updated full-size bathroom.
Downstairs, the family game suite has its own ensuite bathroom, full-size couch, smart tv and four twin beds.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We are a smoke-free home. Please no smoking in or outside of our home. Besides being in a forest, we have family members who are severely allergic to smoke (cigarettes, vapes, e-cig). An extra cleaning fee of $300 may be added if there is any detection of smoking.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for a supply closet on the main floor and a closet in the primary bedroom.
Please note that our home is tri-level with two flights of exterior stairs leading you to the main level entrance.
